1. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, actual products may vary slightly from the images displayed due to differences in colour, materials, manufacturing batches, packaging or other product characteristics.
Living Plants
Plants are living products and each plant is naturally unique. Variations in size, height, shape, foliage, colour, fullness, growth habit and appearance are normal. Product photographs are representative and the plant you receive may not look exactly like the plant shown online. Plant measurements and sizes stated on the website are approximate unless otherwise specified. Minor natural imperfections or variations do not necessarily indicate that a plant is unhealthy or defective. Eligible plants are covered under our 7-Day Plant Guarantee, subject to its applicable terms.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee its availability.
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed due to stock discrepancies, plant quality issues, damaged inventory or other circumstances.
If we are unable to fulfil an item in your order, we will contact you to advise on the available options.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are inclusive of prevailing GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of any obvious pricing or system error.
Prices, promotions and product availability on our webstore may differ from those offered at our physical Far East Flora garden centres or through other sales channels.
4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms & Conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing your order is accurate and complete, including customer and recipient details, contact information, delivery or collection information, product selections and quantities, and any relevant access or delivery instructions.
You will receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation after your order has been submitted.
Far East Flora reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable; a plant does not meet our quality standards for fulfilment; incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed; payment cannot be successfully processed; we are unable to fulfil the requested delivery; we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or an order breaches applicable purchase limits, promotional terms or these Terms & Conditions.
Where an order that has already been paid for cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you regarding the appropriate resolution.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Available payment methods may change from time to time.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided for your order.
An order will only be processed once the required payment has been successfully authorised or received.
Far East Flora is not responsible for additional charges imposed independently by your bank, card issuer, payment provider or other financial institution.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available within Singapore, subject to our delivery coverage, product requirements and any applicable restrictions.
Delivery charges, lead times, special handling charges, restricted-area surcharges and other delivery conditions are set out in our Delivery Terms.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and informing us of any relevant access restrictions before delivery.

7. Self-Collection
Self-collection may be available for eligible products and orders.
Available collection locations, dates and instructions will be displayed during checkout or provided with your order confirmation.
Please wait until you have received confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the collection location.
Proof of order may be required upon collection.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible purchases may be exchanged, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Different conditions apply to living plants, non-perishable products, customised products and damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Singapore law.
9. 7-Day Plant Guarantee
Eligible plants purchased directly from Far East Flora Garden Centres or our webstore are covered under our 7-Day Plant Guarantee.
The guarantee is subject to eligibility requirements, exclusions, claim procedures and other conditions.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Promotional Codes
Promotions, discounts, vouchers and promotional codes may be subject to separate terms and validity periods.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash; promotional codes must be entered at checkout to be applied; expired promotional codes will not be accepted; promotions are subject to product availability; selected products or categories may be excluded; and promotions may not be combined with other discounts, vouchers or offers.
Far East Flora reserves the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to any applicable promotional terms and legal requirements.
Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion.
11. FEF Rewards
Participation in FEF Rewards is subject to the applicable programme terms.
Points, rewards, vouchers, member benefits, eligibility requirements and validity periods may change from time to time in accordance with the programme terms.
Certain products, promotions or transactions may not qualify for points, rewards or redemption.

12. Gift Cards, Vouchers & Credits
Where available, gift cards, vouchers, promotional credits or other forms of store credit are subject to their stated validity periods and applicable terms.
They cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law; must be used before their stated expiry date; may be subject to product or promotional exclusions; and may not be replaceable if lost, deleted or used without authorisation, subject to the applicable terms.
Any additional conditions will be stated when the gift card, voucher or credit is issued.
13. Customised & Cut-to-Size Products
Certain products may be customised, made to order or cut according to customer requirements. This may include products such as artificial carpet grass, netting and other cut-to-size or customised items.
Customers are responsible for checking measurements, quantities and specifications before confirming their order.
Customised and cut-to-size products are generally not eligible for exchange unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose and following any applicable product instructions, safety information and plant-care guidance.
Plant performance and growth may be affected by environmental conditions including light, temperature, humidity, watering, soil conditions, pests and ongoing care.
Plant-care information provided by Far East Flora is intended as general guidance. Actual care requirements may vary according to the individual plant and its environment.
15. Website Information & Availability
We aim to keep our website available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may occasionally update, suspend or restrict access to parts of the website for maintenance, upgrades, security or other operational reasons.
We may also update website content, product information, navigation, features and services from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website - including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, designs, videos and other materials - belongs to or is licensed for use by Far East Flora.
