Product Name: Dionaea (P10.5c)

Dionaea, commonly known as the Venus flytrap, is a carnivorous plant species native to the wetlands of North and South

Carolina in the United States. It is a small perennial plant that is famous for its unique ability to trap and digest insects. The Venus flytrap has specialized leaves that form traps. Each trap consists of two hinged lobes with sensitive trigger hairs located on the inner surface. When an insect or small prey comes into contact with these trigger hairs, the lobes rapidly snap shut, trapping the prey inside.

Dionaea plants produce flower stalks that emerge from the center of the rosette. The flowers are typically white and appear in late spring or early summer.

Avoid overfeeding (as they can catch their own prey), and allow the traps to open after they have captured prey. It's important not to trigger the traps artificially, as this can cause unnecessary stress to the plant.
